About the event
Most prompts “sort of” work. In this lab, we start with intentionally weak prompts and iteratively improve them using a structured format (Role → Task → Context → Reasoning → Output → Stop Conditions). Then we’ll stitch 2–3 steps into a mini-workflow for a real deliverable (e.g., research brief → outline → QC checklist). You’ll leave with (1) two hardened prompts with acceptance criteria, (2) a compact workflow map, and (3) a test case you can re-run to keep quality consistent.

Two production-ready prompts (clear inputs + output spec + pass/fail checks).
A 3-step workflow for a recurring task, saved as a reusable template.
A personal checklist for spotting and fixing prompt failure modes.
